The Rules/Criteria and Eligibility

      • There is no charge to make a nomination for the East Midlands Charity Awards. Nominations are open to all. Applicants can make as many nominations as they wish and may enter up to five different categories where applicable.

 

    • Full Report Charities, Not-for-Profit & Individuals
      • These awards are opened to all UK registered charities, voluntary groups, social enterprise or international charities registered with UK offices operating in the East Midlands. These organisations must be able to clearly display its charitable aims and social mission limited by social enterprise, community Interest Company and Guarantee.
      • A judging panel will provide expert scrutiny to ensure transparency of the East Midlands Charity Awards. The judging panel reserves the right to ask for additional information from the charity, individual and corporate, and to make enquiries with the charity where appropriate.
      • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
      • Only submissions via East Midlands Awards Website will be considered for judging.
      • All entries will be judged on the information and supporting evidence given.
      • All entries and nominations must be received before midnight 5pm on Friday 1st March  2019.

 

    • Corporate Partnerships
      • We have 2 awards for any UK based registered private company, or international company with registered UK offices operating in the East Midlands.
      • Note to all nominees
      • Please Note! All Finalists are expected to be represented by at least 3 members of their team/guest at the awards night. Dinner & Awards Tickets are not complimentary. Before submitting this award please checks with the nominee to make sure they can attend the awards or be able to send representatives on their behalf.   Visit Attend page on website to purchase tickets.
      • Written cancellations received 6 months prior to the awards will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, upto 3 months prior to the awards will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, upto 1 month prior to the awards 75% of the remaining balance within 1 month of the awards will be subject to the full charge.
      • Eureka Event/East Midlands Charity Awards reserves the right to alter the arrangements or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to provide a refund.
