What is the cost of entering?

It is completely FREE to enter the awards.

Who can enter/nominate?
Nominations are open to all. Applicants can make up to 5 nominations there is no charge to make a nomination.
Can I self-nominate?
Yes, you can! Self-nomination is the most common route. If an organisation or individual is proud of their work and achievements, then they are encouraged to nominate themselves. Nominations via donors or beneficiaries are also common ways of nominating.
Can I enter more than one category?
Yes, you can! You can enter up to 5 categories where applicable.
Criteria and Eligibility

All entries and nominations must be received before midnight on Friday 1st February 2019 Finalists will be informed on Wednesday 27th March 2019.

Who are the judges?
The judges are all senior level within the charity sector or on behalf of charities.
When is the deadline to enter the Awards?
The deadline for entries is Friday 1st March 2019. We will accept late entries after that time until Friday 8th March 2019 but these will be subject to a late entry fee of £50.
When do I find out if I have been shortlisted?
Finalists will be informed on Wednesday 17th April 2019. Everyone shortlisted will be notified via email of their success.
When do I need to book tickets?

We advise to book tickets after your application to avoid disappointment when being contacted of your shortlisting. Early Bird discounted tickets are on sale throughout the nomination process.

Can I attend the Awards if I am not shortlisted?
Of course, this event is opened to anyone with an interest in celebrating and recognising East Midlands charities.
Can I attend the awards if I just wanted to support the Awards?

Of course, this event is opened to anyone with an interest in celebrating and recognising East Midlands charities.

How do I get tickets to the Awards ceremony?
We have individual tickets, table of 5 and 10 available. So why not make it a night for your team to celebrate their hard work! It will be a great opportunity to meet other charities and get to know more about all the excellent work taking place across the region.
